Here’s what you’ll get (depending on the level you select).
1-A COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT.
This is critically important. I take the time necessary to thoroughly review your training history and current state, so that I can effectively design our plan of attack to help you achieve your goals.
This is the critical 1st step in moving closer towards your desired goals and essential in successful program design.
2-TARGETED EXERCISE PROGRAMMING.
Once I have all the information I need to assess your Point A (where you are), I can effectively design the optimal strategy to get you to Point B (where you want to be).
This will be a strategic training plan, specific to you and your training goals, skill level, and training tools available to you.
I take this very seriously.
My proven programs are geared towards the “fundamentals” with barbells, kettebells, and/or bodyweight training.
It all depends on your specific goals and what you have experience with or access to.
My “ask” is that you commit to the program and follow the plan in order for you to have success.
If you follow the plan – you will have great progression towards your goals.
3-VIDEO ASSESSMENT WITH VALUABLE FEEDBACK.
To maximize the effectiveness, we’ll need to evaluate your technique with the exercises we’ve selected for your targeted program.
You’ll be asked to submit videos of your exercises for a thorough assessment.
You’ll get detailed feedback and tips that will take your training to a higher level.
This is the ultimate “coaches eye” experience, which is invaluable.
You will have personal access to me throughout the duration of your training.
I will do all that I can to support you, answer your questions, and make sure you move closer to achieving maximal results.
5-MONTHLY PROGRESS CHECK.
To ensure that we are making progress, we’ll need to re-evaluate once per month.
Training will be done in “blocks”, so we’ll evaluate and adjust as we progress the program.
We’ll be working together in a environment where you can ask questions, check in, and be held accountable so that you get results.
The program is unique and requires your commitment and dedication.

LOCAL “LIVE” TRAINING (in South Florida Only)
If you live in South Florida, you may be interested training with me “live.”
Clients must be able to come to the Parkland, Florida area.
I do limited “one-on-one” coaching sessions teaching highly motivated individuals proper technique with kettlebells, barbells, and certain bodyweight and mobility exercises.
If you’re looking to learn how to use kettlebells and/or barbells safely and efficiently for maximum results, please contact me for availability.
My instruction is very comprehensive and is a deep level of instruction and coaching.
And, it’s very specific to your goals.

Please note that my background as a former Sports Medicine/Orthopedic Physical Therapist (MPT) and other notable credentials.
I’ve invested extensively in my own education to provide the best learning experience possible.
I’m certified as a StrongFirst Level II, Kettebell Instructor (SFGII), StrongFirst Barbell Instructor (SFL), Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), and USAW Sports Performance Coach, among other things.
It’s a unique educational and training background that is quite uncommon in the fitness industry.
And, I’m very committed to providing the highest level of service and an exceptional learning experience to those I work with.
You’ll get a very dynamic and focused level of training.

I want to be transparent in that I have quite a hectic schedule and have to limit my training to clients who are serious about their training, performance, and results.
With that said, rates are as follows:
$75 per session.
We spend the time we need to perform the movement screen and get the proper instruction in the fundamental exercise mechanics.
We cover a lot and I can guarantee you will learn a tremendous amount in the time we have.
