The site is designed to help you train better, stronger, and safer through my unique approach to strength training.

My approach to strength and performance focuses on 3 main areas.

  • Hardstyle kettlebell training
  • Powerlifting (and fundamental barbell lifts)
  • Olympic Weightlifting 

Can you really combine these methods?

Yes, you can and, in fact, they are very complementary to each other in many ways.

These 3 areas are really what I immerse myself in – and teach to others.

I do other things, but this is what “focus on” – understand what I mean?

I’ve discovered that these training methods provide everything I need – and everything I want.

I’ve experienced increased strength, power, performance, muscle building, fat loss, mobility and flexibility, high levels of health and energy, and no injuries – training the way I do.

Once again, it’s about training stronger, smarter, and better OVER THE LONG TERM.

You see, I’ve been training for a long time and I’ve definitely made some big mistakes along the way. I’ve also had my share of struggles and even had a major injury at one point in my journey.

The point is that I’ve overcame a lot of things to get where I am today.

And, I’ve worked insanely hard to be the best version of myself so that I can help you become the best version of yourself.

One thing I know about you is that you can always train better – no matter whether you’re a novice or advanced.
