It’s been a bit hectic since the release of the book, so I wanted to share some key updates and let you know what’s going.

I also thought I’d dive deeper into the book and discuss the importance of these 3 chapters:

  • Chapter 4 – How Strong Is Strong Enough?
  • Chapter 9 – A Systems Approach To Strength
  • Chapter 19 – Strength Stacking
