While the approach is comprehensive, the focus is with kettlebells and barbells to help you get bigger, stronger, faster, leaner, more athletic, more muscular, more confident, and improve your training and functional performance, all with a straightforward and focused approach.

Scott Iardella, MPT, CSCS, CISSN, RKCII/SFGII, SFL, CK-FMS, USAW-L1SP, Pn1, is a strength coach, who created RdellaTraining™ to share his experiences and help today’s fitness enthusiast improve their health, fitness, and physical potential.
With a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, numerous highly regarded, advanced fitness certifications, and decades of applied training knowledge and experience, Scott integrates simple systems and methods to address all fitness goals through human movement and strength based training programs.
