As a physical therapist and experienced strength and conditioning specialist, I live everything I write about here at Rdella Training®.

My specialities are kettlebell training, barbell training (powerlifting techniques and Olympic weightlifting) and bodyweight training (strength, movement, and mobility exercises).

Of course, I use other tools depending on the training goal, but I FOCUS on these 3 methods.
