As a former physical therapist and experienced strength and conditioning specialist, I live everything I teach and write about here at Rdella Training®.
My specialities are kettlebell training, barbell training (powerlifting techniques and Olympic weightlifting) and bodyweight training (strength, movement, positioning, and mobility exercises).
I focus my own training efforts on these 3 tools (kettlebell, barbell, and our body) and apply the proven movement principles to each method of training.
It’s a functional training based approach emphasizing proper position and biomechanics, no matter what tools or methods I use.

My approach is much different from “mainstream fitness” because the approaches are based on science, biomechanics, and progressing towards our long term potential.
In other words, I FOCUS on actually GETTING BETTER, not just random workouts.
